Kids are separated into their various age groups to keep kids of similar age and size together. Kids can choose to train as much or as little as they like and can choose from over 20 classes per week!
All this as well as being included in our supportive combat and fitness community!
What do they do in training?
Safe, effective and engaging training sessions
Our programme blends multiple martial arts over our timetable including:
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
- Kickboxing
- Wrestling & Judo fundamentals
- Self-defence skills
- Fitness & coordination
Classes are led by experienced coaches and are structured, engaging and age-appropriate. Kids improve their skills, fitness, balance, coordination and self-belief without even realising they are exercising. Kids are kept on task and minimal downtime for boredom.
