How long are memberships?
There is no lock-in time length for memberships. You can cancel anytime with 4 weeks notice.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes you can! People freeze for injuries, long holidays and other reasons.
Just email us and we will freeze it for you.
It needs to be of a minimum of 3 weeks and we need a date for it to unfreeze as well.
What about over school holidays?
Our Juvenile and Adult memberships continue year round.
Our Kids and Pre-Schoolers freeze over school holiday periods and re-start in the next term automatically. Therefore if they are not coming back in, you need to email us and let us know.
Are there discounts for families?
Yes we have a family discount system, the first/oldest member pays full price, the 2nd has 10% off, the 3rd 20% off and the 4th 30% off etc. When you sign up this should be automatically applied through the system.
How do I pay?
We use GymDesk as a gym management system and all of your payments are managed through your login at this very website!
We use a direct-debit system GoCardless which links to your account and will automatically debit the membership fees.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Don’t worry. This happens to everyone at some point. You can easily log into your account at the website or through the app and recharge it when you are ready. If payments are over a week late a $10 fee may be added, but we will waive this if people are proactive and let us know.
Do you have other membership options?
Yes we have a casual day pass and 10 trip options available for those who are keen on attending but not being a member. Reach out and contact us to ask about these.
